Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role

Sweet Robo builds robotic vending machines that are half product, half show. Automated machines combined with an experience: a robotic arm that spins cotton candy into shapes in front of you, machines that sell everything from ice cream and popcorn to custom branded souvenirs, like the machines we built for the Harvard University library.

IKEA. Universal Studios. Marriott Hotels. Some of the biggest brands in the world already run Sweet Robo machines in their stores, parks, lobbies, and events. We are hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to own that motion and take it much further.

This is the person who will lead our sales efforts into mid-market and enterprise accounts: selling our existing product lines, multi-year machine operating agreements, and large custom builds designed around a brand's own world. You will not be handed a script and a list. You will build the strategy, open the doors, run the room, and close deals that change how millions of people experience a brand.

You get real support to get in front of these companies. What we need from you is ownership of the full cycle and the judgment that comes from having done this before.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle end to end: research, prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and everything after it
• Build and work a pipeline of retail chains, hotel groups, theme parks, entertainment venues, malls, airports, stadiums, cruise lines, universities, and global consumer brands
• Navigate multi-stakeholder organizations and reach the decision makers who control budget
• Run consultative discovery and translate a brand's goals into the right machines, placement model, and commercial structure
• Lead complex negotiations on pricing, revenue share, exclusivity, service levels, and rollout terms
• Partner with engineering, production, marketing, and operations to scope custom projects
• Own the relationship after signature: launches, expansion into more locations, renewals, and repeat business
• Forecast accurately and keep the CRM clean
• Represent Sweet Robo at industry trade shows and client meetings

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of enterprise or corporate B2B sales with a documented record of beating quota
• Experience selling into large companies and recognized brands, with long multi-stakeholder cycles
• A sales cycle similar to ours is a strong plus: physical products, large equipment, capital purchases, custom projects, brand activations, or long-term service agreements. If you have only sold SaaS or small-ticket products, this will be a different sport
• Full-cycle ownership: you prospect your own accounts and you close your own deals
• Excellent relationship management. Your clients come back and buy again
• Strong negotiation instincts: revenue share models, multi-year terms, ROI business cases
• Hunger. You want a big year and you are motivated by a comp plan that pays for performance
• Vision. You can get a brand excited about adding automation and entertainment to their customer experience
• Based in New York or willing to relocate

Compensation and Benefits

• $120,000 base salary
• $300,000 OTE with uncapped commission
• Relocation package available for the right candidate

Location

On-site at our New York office. This is a role built on face time, with our team internally and with clients externally. Relocation packages are available for candidates who are the right fit.
