Customer Success Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Account Manager based at our Brooklyn, New York headquarters. You will own a portfolio of Sweet Robo client accounts — venue partners and machine operators across the US and worldwide — and be their trusted point of contact from day one.

Your mission: make every client successful, keep them happy, and grow their business with us.

What You'll Do

• Onboard new clients and guide them to a fast, smooth launch
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts
• Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with our technical support, logistics, and sales teams
• Monitor account health, machine performance, and revenue trends to spot risks early
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities — additional machines, new locations, new products
• Own renewals and retention for your portfolio

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills — you can run a check-in call, calm an upset client, and manage expectations with confidence
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; comfortable juggling many accounts at once

Compensation

• $60,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonuses — OTE $85,000
• Full-time, on-site at our Brooklyn, NY headquarters
