About the Role
SEO specialist
Overview: The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and versatile SEO/SEM Specialist to maximize our search visibility, covering both organic (SEO) and paid (PPC) channels. This is a critical role responsible for driving high-quality traffic, improving conversions, and managing the overall search performance of our entire portfolio of company websites and domains.
If you excel at balancing technical search demands with the immediate demands of paid campaigns, and thrive on owning a comprehensive search strategy across multiple digital properties, this is your opportunity.
🎯 Key Responsibilities: Search Strategy & Execution
Your responsibilities will span both organic and paid acquisition channels across our portfolio:
- Portfolio SEO Management: Strategizing, auditing, and executing SEO initiatives across our entire portfolio of company websites, ensuring consistent technical standards, domain authority growth, and performance alignment across all properties.
- Technical SEO: Conducting in-depth audits (Core Web Vitals, indexing, site structure) and collaborating with development teams to ensure all sites are technically flawless and optimized for crawling.
- PPC Campaign Management: Full management and optimization of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy testing, bidding strategies, and maximizing ROI/ROAS.
- Keyword & Content Strategy: Performing sophisticated keyword research to drive both organic content creation and paid targeting strategies. Identifying content gaps and working with teams to fill them.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and PPC platforms to provide comprehensive reports, proactively identify performance issues, and allocate budgets effectively across all search channels.
✅ Essential Requirements
To excel in this blended role, you must possess:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience managing both robust SEO (Technical & Content) and PPC (Search & Display) campaigns.
- Multi-Site/Portfolio Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize SEO initiatives across several independent company domains or a large portfolio of digital properties simultaneously.
- PPC Expertise: Proven track record managing significant PPC budgets, with certifications in Google Ads (Search/Shopping) highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, site architecture, and how these factors impact both organic rankings and paid landing page quality scores.
- Analytical Skills: Expert level proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush).
- Communication: Ability to clearly present data and complex search strategies to marketing leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
