About the Role

The Custom Solutions Division: We Don't Sell Machines. We Build Experiences.

Our Custom Solutions division designs, engineers, and manufactures fully bespoke automated retail machines. Each project is strictly tailored to a brand's unique vision, physical space, and product line. We own the full lifecycle:

  • Concept & Design: We work with brands to design a machine that matches their identity—from shape and materials to UI and user experience.
  • Engineering & Manufacturing: Full in-house R&D, mechanical engineering, software development, and 100% in-house production at our own factory in China.
  • Deployment & Support: Global deployment, installation, IoT monitoring, restocking logistics, and ongoing technical support.

Enterprise-Scale Custom Projects Include:

  • Hersheypark: Custom Souvenir Cup Vending System ($250,000 Project)
  • Fruit Riot: Branded Frozen Treat Vending Experience ($150,000 – $300,000+ Project)
  • Harvard University: Wood-Design Library Vending Machine ($20,000 Project)

The Role

We are looking for the best salesperson for the best product. As the Director of Custom Solutions, you will lead enterprise sales for the world's most innovative automated retail company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full custom solutions sales cycle — from prospecting to close.
  • Sell bespoke vending machines and retail experiences to mid-size & enterprise brands.
  • Manage inbound leads, outbound outreach & account-based hunting.
  • Represent Sweet Robo at major trade shows & industry events.
  • Navigate high-value deals ranging from $20,000 to $300,000+.

  • Experienced in selling high-ticket B2B solutions to mid-market & Fortune 500 companies.

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+
  • Commission: Highly aggressive, uncapped commission structure (~3% on deals ranging from $20K to $300K+).
